This petition has been filed seeking order setting aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.3129 of 2019 in C.C.No.35 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, dated 04.07.2019 and allow the petition seeking recall the witness namely PW1 to PW3 and PW5.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Counsel submitted that after full trial, the case in C.C.No.35 of 2014 itself has been disposed by the trial Court on 17.11.2019.
