ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos.79/1C1, 79/3, 82/1C1B and 82/3B situated at Seruvaviduthi, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 27.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in response to the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 27.08.2024, survey was conducted and the subject property was measured on 30.09.2024.

5. The statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader stands recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the survey report to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
