ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.19243 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.1315 of 2025 dated 06.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Tiruchirappalli, daily at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 84 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 84 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.19243 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1315 of 2025 dated 06.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
