ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.213 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.07.2022 at about 03.00PM, the accused persons came to the house of the defacto complaint and caused assault with an iron rod. The defacto complainant sustained injuries and taken to hospital. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases, out of which, two cases are pending. The petitioner is also history sheeted (H.S.No.367 of 2015) accused. 5.Considering the manner in which the occurrence took place and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, he is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
