ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.97 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has moved Crl.MP.No.3451 of 2022 before the learned Principal District and sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli and that was also allowed by the order, dated 10.08.2022. Such sort of activities cannot be encouraged.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he sent a communication to the petitioner to file an undertaking affidavit as directed by this Court. Sofar, there was no response. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4.Let the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, take note of this development and take action against the above said petitioner for moving anticipatory bail petition before him by suppressing the pendency of the petition before this Court in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
