JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal is filed praying to set aside the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3174 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. In the case of triple murder, due to caste animosity, this petitioner herein has been arrested. After completion of investigation, the respondent police filed the final report, which has been taken on file by the trial Court in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2018.
4. Considering the gravity of the crime and the overtact causing injuries of one of the victim attributed against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail petition. Hence, this criminal appeal is dismissed.
