ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue passport to the petitioner by processing the petitioner's application based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent submits that in respect of FIR in Crime No.163/2023, dated 04.08.2023, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Naguneri in C.C.No.56 of 2024.

3. Considering the same, there is no scope for granting any relief to the petitioner at this stage. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate Court for appropriate orders to facilitate the first respondent to process his application for issuance of passport. 2/4

4. The writ petition stands dismissed with the above liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
