To call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchirapalli passed in MC No.28 of 2016 dated 29.08.2018 and to set aside the same.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ANANTHA PADMANABAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the Court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 14.07.2020, allowed the condone delay petition, by imposing a condition of payment of cost to the respondent counsel. CRL MP(MD) No.7120 of 2020 petitioner, as the petitioner has gone to his native place to attend the condolence of his grand mother and hence, there was a delay in paying the cost to the learned counsel for the respondent. The petitioner has now paid the cost to the respondent counsel on 03.11.2020 and prayed the delay to be condoned. 2.On the side of the respondent, it is admitted that the cost was received by the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.In view of the above submission, the petition is allowed and the time for payment of cost was extended as prayed for. sd/- 16/12/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
