RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.12621/2022 dt.13.72022 by directing the Petitioner to report before the Sivakasi Town Police Station,Virudhunagar instead of the Respondent herein PEW,Thiruverumbur Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12621 of 2022 on 13.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to health condition the petitioner is not able to comply with condition imposed by this Court before the respondent police. He would further submit that the petitioner is residing at Sivakasi. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case in similar nature.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12621 of 2022 on 13.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Sivakasi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 29/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / /08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
