ORDER

This writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct 'Light Music Program' (Ennisai Katcheri) on 14.01.2017 at 'Puthumanai Ammal Thoppu, Vazhavallan Village & Panchayat, Tuticorin District on the basis of the petition dated 06.01.2017 given by this Petitioner, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner gave a representation on 06.01.2017 to the respondent seeking permission to conduct 'Light Music Program' (Ennisai Katcheri) on 14.01.2017 at 'Puthumanai Ammal Thoppu, Vazhavallan Village & Panchayat, Tuticorin District. But, no action has been taken on the side of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

4.Considering the nature of the prayer, this Court issues the following order:

"The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.01.2017 and pass orders forthwith."
