Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorafified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20250/V1/E3/2013, dated 17.7.2013 quash the same as illegal and consequentional direction to regularize the services of the petitioners as full time vocational instructor on par with her juniors, by upgrading the petitioner scale pay from consolidated pay to that of vacational instructors Grade II i.e, B.T. Assistant scale pay and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit.

This Court in W.P(MD)No.13507 of 2013 by order dated 15.03.2017 directed the 1st respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner on par with the Vocational Instructors. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Dindigul, in Na.Ka.No.4533/A3/2013, dated 04.02.2021 and submitted that the order of this Court has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.1124 of 2020 complied with and it was made clear that the post will get lapsed after the retirement of the petitioner.

3.In view of the compliance of the direction issued by this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
