Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to settle interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum for the belated payment of the petitioners terminal benefits including Gratuity, Terminal Leave Salary, Commutated Value of pension and Provident Fund from the date of petitioners retirement to till the date on which the said benefits were settled to him. ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2002 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that the order of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the calculation arrived upon by the respondents, if so advised.
