2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam through e-filing No. LTN20220001577C202500326. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Mere filing of the final report is not sufficient and it is the responsibility of the respondent police to ensure that the final report is taken on file by the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.
