*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action, pursuant to his representation dated 27 March, 2017.

2.The representation was submitted with a request to remove the encroachment made by the encroachers in respect of the property in Survey No.441/9, Chokkampatti, Iyanperuvai Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.

3. The second respondent appears to have forwarded the representation submitted by the petitioner to the third respondent for appropriate action, by proceedings dated 26 April, 2017.

4. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27 March, 2017, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
