To direct the learned special court for SC/ST Act, Madurai, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail applications on the same day on merit relating to Crime No.97/2022 dt.11.04.2022.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.Anantha Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabhahar, Additional Public Procedure for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10511 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and now he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 14.06.2022 is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order , failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.
