ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue for production of his daughter, namely Abinaya D/o.Bharadhan alias Bharadhanraj, aged about 23 years residing at 63/1W, Main Road, Aranmanaipudhur Village, Theni District before this Court by securing and set her at liberty forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The detenue Abinaya is produced before this Court along with the third respondent viz., Issac Robin.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that concealing the fact that there was a previous marriage with one Abirami, the third respondent fraudulently married the detenue. 4.Both the third respondent and the detenue repeatedly stated before this Court that the allegation made by the petitioner that the third respondent got married one Abirami is only misconceived and totally falsehood and after making thorough enquiry with third respondent, the detenue got married on 12.09.2018. The detenue also expressed her willingness to go along with the third respondent/her husband.

5.Since the detenue is produced before this Court and she is also willing to go with the third respondent, we are of the considered view that no useful purpose will be solved in keeping this Habeas Corpus petition pending. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
