PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in Refusal Number Na.Ka.No. 27/2025, dated 19.02.2025, to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondent to cancel the sale agreement deed dated 26.03.2024 in Doc.No.497/2024 presented by the petitioner for cancellation within the time fixed by this Court.
