************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the first respondent not to open the TASMAC shop at Door No.120, Saravananagar, within Paravai Town Panchayat, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2017. 2.The District Manager, TASMAC, in the counter affidavit made it clear that there is no proposal to locate the shop at the said place. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the categorical statement made by the third respondent, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. 4.The writ petition is closed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
