This is a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the second respondent to mutate the revenue records relating to property comprised in Ward No.5 in T.S.No.1/37 in Bodinayakkanur Town. In respect of the same, a representation, dated 03.02.2016, has been submitted.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the application has not been given in the prescribed Form. 4.The prescribed Form is stated to be available under the annexure to Patta Passbook Act. The petitioner is required to submit the application for mutation of revenue records in the prescribed Form along with the copy of this order. On such representation being given, the second respondent shall pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this orders.
