Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioners property situated at Plot No.S-1/10, Industrial Estate Thuvakudy comprised in S.F.No. 180 (P) of Thuvakudi village Trichy District by mates and bounds as per the petitioner's application dated 18.02.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.02.2016 to the second respondent alleging that he is the owner of the property located in Plot No.S-1/10, Industrial Estate Thuvakudy comprised in S.F.No. 180 (P) of Thuvakudi village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Trichy District and that place should be demarcated by measuring the property.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that already the said property has been measured while lay out was made by SIDCO and therefore, there is no necessity at all to measure the property again.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in order to product the interest of the vendee and to avoid future disputes in the revenue records, it is necessary to measure the property.

4.Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to take necessary action by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.02.2016, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is pertinent to point out that the prescribed fees for measuring the land, has already been paid.

5.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
