Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire record pertaining to the impugned Sale Auction Notice dated 15.02.2023 and scheduled conduct Sale Auction on 22.03.2023 at 03.00 pm, and quash the same as illegal.

2. It is seen that the order of this Court has not been complied with and the amount has not been paid. Hence, we are not inclined to extend the time granted by this Court.
