O R D E R

The simple prayer in the writ petition is to dispose of the O.A.Nos.2 of 2001 and 3 of 2011 , within a limited period to be fixed by this Court, after giving opportunity to both the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the function is scheduled to take place on 27.09.2016 and if the appeals are disposed of on or before that date, it will be helpful for the parties.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the post of Joint Commissioner, had been remained vacant for the past four months and therefore, it cannot be possible to dispose of the petition within that time, however, it would be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the said submission, the third respondent/Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Sivagangai District, is directed to dispose of O.A.Nos.2 of 2001 and 3 of 2011 on or before 27.11.2016, at any rate not later than three months.

5.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
