PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court made in Crl.OP(MD).No.715 of 2026 dated 23.01.2026. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.715 of 2026 dated 23.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
