The petitioners were employed in the respondent transport corporation. They retired from service. Their grievance is that they are entitled to arrears of pension, commutation and surrender leave salary as per the 12(3) settlement and also as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

per G.O.Ms.No.51, Transport (C) Department, dated 14.03.2013. Hence, they made a joint representation dated 03.05.2016, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioners have sought for this Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pay them arrears of pension, commutation and surrender leave salary, on the basis of the representation dated 03.05.2016. 2.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.05.2016 and to pass orders. 4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.05.2016, in the light of 12(3) settlement and also as per G.O.Ms.No.51, Transport (C) Department, dated 14.03.

2013 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
