[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner filed the writ petition to direct the second respondent to take action against the third respondent on account of the violation of the building permit and construction of the building.

2. The learned Standing counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent issued lock and seal notice to the third respondent. The building has already been sealed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the subsequent events narrated above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. We make it clear that this order would not stand in the way of the third respondent from filing a petition in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
