To set aside the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate court dated 26.06.2014 made in A.S. No. 12/2014 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli in reversing the judgment and decree dated 24.10.2013 made in O.S. No. 364/2011 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif court, Tirunelveli and remanding the suit for fresh arguments and to allow the CMA. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SP.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- There was no representation for the petitioner on 11.10.2018.
