O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of rejection of the candidature of the petitioner's son as ineligible and for a consequential direction to the respondent to reconsider the petitioner's son application and provide him admission at the respondent University for B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) course.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition becomes infructuous, since the petitioner's son was granted admission in the respondent Institution.
