ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from giving permission to the fourth respondent for conducting public meeting and cultural programme by putting up stage on Vivekanandar Junction, Villukuri Post, Kanyakumari District for celebrating Deepavali Festival, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2018 and 12.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondent police is yet to grant permission for the function.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have made representations dated 04.10.2018 and 12.10.2018 to the respondent police and the same may be considered before granting any permission for conducting function. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent police are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner before granting permission to conduct the function.
