ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to provide adequate protection to conduct temple festival at Arulmigu Thachankallathi Madasamy Temple at Vannikonendal, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, which is scheduled to be held from 08.08.2024 to 10.08.2024, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024.
2. Today, when the matter came up before this Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the intervention of the authorities, a peace committee meeting was conducted and temple festival has been conducted in a peaceful manner. 3/6
3. In view of the said submission, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
