Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents a) To set up the Special Courts in each Districts in the State of Tamilnadu to try offences against the Differently able persons as per Section 84 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016; b) To develop the Special Courts with all infrastructures, modern equipments and experts for effective participation of differently able persons in the Justice deliver system; c) To appoint Special Public Prosecutors in the Special Courts as per Section 85 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016; and d) To conduct awareness program all over the State of Tamilnadu about the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in accordance with law.
