ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif (Principal), Madurai is the revision petitioner herein. 2.This Civil Revision Petition has been taken out to strike of the said suit from the file of the Court below. The petitioner can as well avail the remedy under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C., 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file such application before the Court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.If such application is taken out within a period of two weeks, the Court below shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. The suit proceedings shall be kept is abeyance till then. All the contentions available to the revision petitioner are left open.

5.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
