ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in an appeal filed by the petitioner on 17.04.2023.

2.The appeal had been preferred consequent to the order passed by the second respondent. Since the first respondent is now seized of the entire issue, it may not be appropriate on the part of this Court to examine the merits of the case.

3. A direction is issued to the first respondent to proceed further, in hearing, the appeal in appropriate manner and endeavour to dispose of the same on or before 31.09.2023.
