ORDER

The petitioners are accused in Crime No.139 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. The said case was registered for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 351(3), 126(2), 125, 296(b) of BNS 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition, seeking a direction to the Special Court and Exclusive Trial for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (POA) Act cases (PCR Court), Sivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to consider their bail application on the same day of their surrender.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 08.06.2025, there was a quarrel between the parties, due to explosion of crackers in front of a Thever statue, by the defacto complainant's community people. While so, on 10.6.2025, when the defacto complainant and others went to their temple, the petitioners abused them in filthy language, attacked with stones and also 2/4

threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
