ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.610 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.08.2018, no final report has been filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
