O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The petitioner seeks an order directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in survey Nos. 154, 157 and 225 at Agaram Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, in accordance with G.O.(Ms).No.540 (Revenue [LD6(2)] Department dated 04.12.2014.

3.We give liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the jurisdictional Tahsildar. In case, any such representation is given, the jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits, after issuing a notice to all concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
