This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of charge sheet in C.C.No.764 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV/Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, which is registered against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 427, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.

2. During the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the proper direction is given to the learned trial Court to complete the trial within a time fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV/Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of the case after examining the eight witnesses within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of trial, the presence of the petitioners 2/4

are dispensed with. However, the learned Magistrate is at liberty to direct the presence of the petitioners during the course of trial including for answering the charges for smooth progress of trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.07.2023 NCC :
