Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8552 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8552 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8552 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 and this Hon'ble Court enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. All the petitioners are belong to same family. The first petitioner affected from viral fever, they are unable to produce the sureties within the time. It is neither willful nor wanton but due to the above said bonafide reason. For the said reasons only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8552 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the 2/4

Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
