2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.126 of 2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
