ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the private https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

respondents have given a complaint against the petitioner. Though the petitioner has been summoned, she has not chosen to appear so far. The counsel for the petitioner petitioner states that the petitioner will appear before the third respondent. The third respondent shall conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter. If at the end of the enquiry, the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be given notice of the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned court for anticipatory bail.

3.The writ petition is disposed of.
