ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records connected with the case in Crime No.747 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai, on 27.12.2022 through e-filing C.C.No.4524 of 2023.
3. In view of the above said development, this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.06.2023 NCC :
