2.The petitioner is the de facto complainant in Crime No.1116 of 2021, which was registered against the accused person, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of seven months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
