Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.354 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) 2015 to set aside the order passed by the Special Court for Schedule Cases and Schedule Tribes (POA) Act Cases, Pudukottai made in Crl.MP.No.438 of 2022 and allow this appeal by enlarging the petitioner on bail in Crime No.118 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Rajeswari, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.354 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
