O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 20.02.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.11715 of 2016.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.11715 of 2016, the respondent has initiated proceedings and passed orders on 25.06.2024. As against the said proceedings, the contesting respondent in the writ petition has filed a writ petition W.P.(MD) No.15380 of 2024, wherein this Court has passed an interim order dated 11.07.2024 directing the authorities concerned not to take coercive steps to demolish the subject building and the said writ petition is pending disposal.

3. We are satisfied with the action taken by the respondent. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. The parties are at liberty to agitate their rights before the concerned Court.
