For Respondent : Mr.KR.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.412 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 353, 379 I.P.C., and Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.412 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using lorry. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD).No.13347 of 2020 at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
