ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil (at Padmanabhapuram) to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a case in H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2024 before the learned Family Judge, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil (at Padmanabhapuram), against the respondent seeking divorce.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2024 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Family Judge, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil (at Padmanabhapuram) to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2024, after affording an opportunity to the respondent as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
