O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey of the property situate in Survey No.568/3B, with an extent of 1 acre 15 cents, by considering his representation dated 26.04.2025.

2. Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 16.04.2024. The patta for the said property also stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.4257. He submitted an on-line application on 26.04.2025, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 26.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
