PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.8978/2019 dated 05.07.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8978 of 2019, dated 05/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are unable to furnish sureties, they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
