Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 528 of BNSS, praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No. 184 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, and quash the same, in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. Niranjan S Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.184/2021 on the file of the Edayakottai police Station.

2. The reasons assigned by the petitioner for dispensing with the production of certified copy of FIR are not acceptable.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with liberty to this petitioner to move the Criminal Original Petition along with the Certified copy, once he obtains the same."
