Considering the nature of relief granted in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner herein has filed H.M.O.P.No.166 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti for dissolving his marriage with the respondent herein. 3.The counsel for the revision petitioner submits that at present, cases of the year 2017 are being taken up. 4.Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.166 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
