ORDER:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Govindarajan, Advocate for the Ist Respondent and none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner this Court made the following order: No Representation for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent is present. On perusal of records, it is seen that already on 11.09.2018, as there was no appearence on the side of the Revision Petitioner, the said Revision Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. The Petition is filed to restore the said Revision. But today also there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
